Automatic make / miss

Every shot is called as it happens, in numbers big enough to read from the three-point line. Just shoot — the score keeps itself.

See where you shoot

A real shot chart after every session: makes and attempts by zone — rim, paint, baseline, elbows, top of the key — with your percentage in each.

Session stats

Overall, twos and threes, free-throw-line shooting, longest make streak, average distance. Session history shows whether the work is working.

Any court, any hoop

Park courts, driveways, gyms. One quick lineup per session — put the hoop in the box, then forget the phone is there.

How it works

  1. Set the phone down 10–25 feet from the basket — any tripod or ledge works.
  2. Line up the hoop in the on-screen box. That's the whole setup.
  3. Shoot. Makes and misses are called live and land on your shot chart when you're done.

Now recruiting beta testers

Shootaround is in closed beta. If you put up solo reps and want your practice to count, we want the tracker on your court — different hoops, nets, and lighting make it better for everyone. Testers get the app free, shoot 2–3 normal sessions, and tell us what it got right and wrong.
